Take on a challenge!
Push yourself, have fun, and make a difference for people living with bowel cancer.
Whether it’s running a marathon, cycling, doing a mud run, or setting a personal goal, taking on a challenge is a powerful way to fundraise and inspire others. Every step you take helps raise awareness, support patients, and drive change to help us beat bowel cancer.
Make it happen in three simple steps!
Your fundraising brings us closer to a future where no Kiwi will die from bowel cancer.
Here’s how to turn your idea into action.
1
Choose your challenge
Pick a challenge that excites you - big or small, solo or with friends. Anything that motivates you to get moving and make a difference counts!
2
Start fundraising!
Invite your friends, whānau, and colleagues to get involved. Share your page, spread the word, and get in touch to see how we can support you every step of the way.
3
Make an impact
The funds you raise will support the bowel cancer community - from connection and awareness to driving change - and help beat bowel cancer.
Middleware Mudrunners make a difference
Each year, more than 30 team members from Middleware New Zealand dive into Tough Guy & Gal mud runs across the country to raise vital funds for Bowel Cancer NZ.
Led by CEO David, the Middleware Mudrunners have raised over $43,000 over the years to help Bowel Cancer NZ drive change for the bowel cancer community. For David, it’s a cause that couldn’t be closer to home:
“Early detection saved my life. Taking on the mud runs is our way of giving back and helping others get the same chance I did.”
– David
Inspired by David and his team? Start your own challenge or fundraiser today - every step (or muddy stride!) makes a difference.
